Our Programs

Non-Swimmer (Baby Turtle)

No swimming ability at all.

  • Cannot float or tread water independently.
  • Afraid of or uncomfortable in water deeper than standing height.
  • Requires full assistance or flotation devices to stay afloat.
  • No experience with swimming strokes.

Beginner (Frog)

Minimal swimming ability, just starting to learn basic skills. Decently comfortable with water.

  • Can enter the water and submerge face briefly.
  • Can float on back or stomach with assistance or minimal support.
  • Limited ability to propel forward (e.g., doggy paddle) for short distances (less than 5 meters).
  • May struggle with breathing control while in water.

Advanced Beginner (Sea Otter)

Basic swimming skills developed but still lacks confidence and endurance.

  • Can float and tread water independently for up to 30 seconds.
  • Can swim basic strokes (e.g., front crawl or breaststroke) for short distances (5–10 meters).
  • Beginning to coordinate breathing with strokes but inconsistent.
  • Comfortable in shallow water but hesitant in deeper areas.

Intermediate (Seal)

Moderate swimming proficiency with improved technique and endurance.

  • Can swim confidently using basic strokes (front crawl, breaststroke) for longer distances (10–25 meters).
  • Demonstrates controlled breathing while swimming.
  • Comfortable in deeper water but may avoid open water scenarios.

Advanced (Stingray)

High swimming proficiency with strong technique and endurance.

  • Can swim multiple strokes (front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke) proficiently for extended distances (50–100 meters).
  • Comfortable in deep and open water environments.
  • Demonstrates efficient breathing techniques and stroke coordination.

Expert (Orca)

Exceptional swimming ability with mastery of techniques, endurance, and safety skills.

  • Can swim long distances (over 100 meters) using multiple strokes efficiently.
  • Here to learn advanced swimming techniques and work on speed/endurance.
